What is appointment : When i asked for an appointment the reception staff said the next appointment three (3) weeks ahead, then i requested to doctor to call back same day but having waiting for four (4) days for phone call four days later when i call back to surgery the reception staff said "oh we've got wrong number, also it's a right number the RECEPTION STAFF TALK TO PATIENT WITH VERY LOUD VOICE, Because of staff NEGLIGENCE The patient are suffering like my self me and my family have join the surgery last 25 years, The b... read more
Zero coordination. The registration process was a wild goose chase. I register online, phone in a week later to try to get an appointment, they tell me I'm not in the registry and to get it completed in person at the surgery, I get there and they say they don't do that, they can't do anything, and I'm just supposed to deal with it myself online. I'm ticked that it took a week for them to say that actually maybe the application didn't go through, but it's actually more annoying that they all have this "not-my-business" attitu... read more
