The worst staff who picks up phone,today was my child's birthday and I was in town centre I said why I was late cause I had court hearing and the took longer than expected, finished at maybe 12:50 somewhere there and I had to have breakfast quickly as I didn't eat I lost my charge as well on phone , so I had to charge it in a shop after that I start shopping and I pay my shopping with phone which is contactless, I saw it was 3:26 and I thought of special measure and this stupid guy who picked up,hanged up on me and then I ph... read more
I've seen a few reviews about the centre putting them down etc, what people need to remember is... It's not the staff at the centre who have A.. Caused us as parents to be having to use the centre and B.. It's the poorly trained social worker that have no lived experience it's all from a book. They cause more harm than good making the decisions they do but then the good people that have made a mistake and need help get their whole world torn apart but then the poor little babies and children that actually need removing are h... read more
Staff member spoke in such an unprofessional tone. As a mother this service puts your confidence down. I would avoid at all costs.
Using the Centre since Nov 2023. ✅ Lovely Play Area ✅ Arts and Crafts Cupboard ✅ Toy Cupboard = ToysRUs ✅ Friendly Staff ✅ Clean environment ✅ Report writing ✍ 10/10 ✅ V.Clean Facilities Honestly the previous reviews don't do the centre justice. Visit and see for yourselves. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, clean and big windows and doors that go straight out to the garden play area. Which is a fantastic size. This place is a nightmare, staff who have no clue what being a mother or a father is, telling you how to be a mother or a father. Terrible place
