I am a lady in her mid-fifties who has Cerebral Palsy. This affects all four limbs, and I can only walk short distances unaided. Chris is a miracle worker! Went in with a busted Achilles and was back playing hockey within a couple of weeks. No niggles at all after 6!
Chris turned a seemingly permanently injured right knee into a functioning one again, and I'm incredibly grateful. Without his knowledge and recommended exercises I'd still be hopping around feeling sorry for myself! All very COVID safe and good value.
