Excellent kind and friendly dentist. The hygienist asked me a serious question about my health to which I responded with a serious answer and was told 'bless'. I found this meaningless repsonse condescening and infantilising. She also complained becasue I can't rest my head right back owing to osteo arthitis in my neck and I was made to feel a nuisance. The receptionists are very professional and polite.
