We went with Mann to sell out house after it had been on & off the market for several years with no sale. Laura & the team were outstanding with a sale agreed within a relatively short period of time. The process ended up being extremely challenging with difficult tenants in the property & the buyers chain falling apart on several occassions. Mann provided an excellent service in selling my flat and I would use again. Mann had to work hard to earn their commission for this sale. A realistic selling price was advised with market data to back up. This resulted in competing buyers. Mann advised in the best proceedable buyer. In hindsight this advice really paid off. I went to Mann when other estate agents let us down with buyers who were not fully committed . Mann were brilliant. They found us a handful of interested buyers within days and helped steer us towards the buyers who were the most committed. As a result the sale went through quickly and without a hitch. I wish I had gone to them first. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
