We went with Mann to sell out house after it had been on & off the market for several years with no sale. Laura & the team were outstanding with a sale agreed within a relatively short period of time. The process ended up being extremely challenging with difficult tenants in the property & the buyers chain falling apart on several occassions. Mann provided an excellent service in selling my flat and I would use again. Mann had to work hard to earn their commission for this sale. A realistic selling price was advised with market data to back up. This resulted in competing buyers. Mann advised in the best proceedable buyer. In hindsight this advice really paid off.
