I was really satisfied with the Mann Lewisham Estate & Lettings Team. With their help, it was easy to arrange the rental of the new house.
On the whole we have found the service with the team at Lewisham good. We were lucky to have round the perfect rental through them and they made the process seamless. Great communication with both Sean and Kayleigh and now good service with Jonathan. This is our first experience of renting via an agent and it has been really positive.

As smooth as they make it look when you rent out with them, as awful when you move out . I am yet to receive my deposit back , 17 days after releasing the property!!!! Endless emails have been exchanged and although the landlord has agreed and confirmed the release of my deposit in full it seems impossible to confirm a date from them . I am extremely disappointed!!!! So be careful when you move out ! They didn’t send out an email confirming I have vacated the property, I had to follow up and put that in writing.
