I'm not usually the type to write bad reviews about business, but honestly the whole experience with Mann has been hell. Every time I go in to ask about my sale, I can just tell from their faces that they don't really want to seal with me. I have Parkinson's and trouble speaking, so I use my IPad to communicate, which I understand can sometimes be frustrating for people.
