Having dealt with MANN at Margate for many years, I have nothing but praise for all my contacts there, and in particular for Joe, who never fails to sort out any of the (albeit infrequent) problems that arise with speed, efficiency and amazing good will.

They don't even give you viewings for the property you request seems they just pick and choose what you're viewing themselves. Was meant to view a property today only to find out its let agreed and no call to let me know and then when I call I find out they actually booked me into view a more expensive property. Disgraceful.

Absolutely disgraceful agents. My advice, take pictures, keep an audit trail of all your dealing with them and monitor anything they do. They do not provide clean and safe living spaces so insist on making sure they meet the minimum standard before you move in. I let a property from them which was left in such a state that I even found a needle used for recreational drugs from the last tenant, found patches of damp, cigarette butts and an empty alcohol bottle above the extractor fan amongst many things.
