I had my truck into mankato motors and they went through to see what the issue was with the engine light on. They fixed to the best of their knowledge but infortunately i am setting 100 miles north with the engine light on again and the engine power reduced due to a dirty def filter. It is sunday and somehow need to get to dealership 40 miles away. Needed to call to het a person to pull my pontoon for me because of no power in the truck.
I love everyone that works there always nice and accommodating when I ask if they can clean one thing for and always do it for me I love that
The part should've been warrantied that was fixed. Work was complete and done well, the only issue is they did the same thing eight months ago. Not impressed. Upsell is their biggest issue.
It took a very short time for the oil change. The salesman was very pleasant.
