The repairs to my Chevy 1500 Silverado has taken an excessive time because of a damaged part shipped to dealership. I dropped my truck off October 23 with a done date for repairs of November 9. Because of the delays it was promised that a vehicle would be made available for my use if my truck was not done and ready for my trip starting on November 15. No vehicle was available for my use.
