Recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac SRX for a Winter vehicle as we put our 2023 Camaro convertible away for the Winter. staff give me the impression that they were holding back information - not impressed. if felt like they were coached on what "not" to say as to "not" implicate the manufacturer or the dealership.
Very Poor service, pushy and overpriced to point of price gouging. Vehicle was brought in for diagnostics, quoted over $2400 (for $300 parts repair that took 3 hours). Vehicle was taken apart before accepting quote.
This dealership tried to push me to buy way more things than necessary. They treated me like I knew nothing.
