The service manager hit an unmarked poll in the parking with my car and i seriously thought they forgot about us. We ordered the parts to repair it ourselves and to our surprise they seeked us out and fixed the damage. It was repaired superbly and that girl at the body shop office is a wonderful person. I as a retired hispanic have endured some racism here in this city as anywhere else but with these people here at this dealership they see no color they see a person and a human being. They were very easy to work & always responded promptly. We kept informed of every step and we were never left wondering were things were at. When we picked our new Blazer, Gary, our salesperson, gave us a very thorough training session which is something we weren’t even expecting. He also followed up with us to make sure we didn’t have any questions that came up. Excellent customer service!

Everyone in the service department are very good professional and within an hour they have the job completed
Waited two hours to get an estimate of over $1000, took my car to another shop for a second opinion and they fixed the problem for $310. What a rip off to get service here.
