Service staff is much friendlier than they were 5-6 years ago. They are informative about upcoming service than will need to be performed in the future versus dropping a bomb of a - surprise- you need to get this work done. I appreciate the heads up information

I have taken my 2022 Trax to the Service Center several times for the same problem since I purchased the vehicle. They have not been successful in fixing the problem I have with the radio. The radio equalizer resets back to zero variably. The sales person is well aware of it. The last thing that the service department has tried is to unhook the battery to attempt a hard reset on it. This didn’t work at all. The problem resurfaced that same day before I left Mankato to go home. I want/need a better resolution.
Have a 2019 Colorado 35,000 miles that needed transmission fluid changed because of the shudder. Fluid was changed and now I hope that will fix the problem. I guess time will tell.
They are awesome. We have been going back to them year after year. Keep up the great .work
