Friendly, low pressure sales. Listened to what I wanted in a truck. Spent the extra time on a Friday when picking up our truck and when issues arose with OnStar stayed after hours to assist on getting it right trying options along with OnStar tech until a case had to be opened. Also then got to see the phantom blinkers issue which we observed is tied to the running lights. Hopefully the service center can determine cause when I bring it in for mudflaps and front pint protection.
Got it in on time. Immediate diagnosis. Had it back on the road in four hours. Also cleaned it up for me. Thank you.

We just bought a new 2023 Chevy Malibu and we took the car in for our first oil change, it was free, seeing how they also give perks for buying new chevys , they also rotated our tires, free, the reason I am saying free is because it was and they still got us right in and gave us the best, fast service. So whether you are paying for service or under warranty, they always give the best service at Mankato Motors, they are the reason we continue to buy Chevrolets, good cars and great service!
