they are very thorough when doing regular oil change and also consistent checking all parts
Very friendly service and they were quick. They also answered any questions I had. I recommended them to family too
I highly recommend this dealership and the work they do . They just need to work on communication . I asked to be notified of a vehicle I was looking at was still available after another person looked at it . The vehicle was still there but wasn't notified. My family and I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealer. But they dropped the ball on this one.
Great work, picked up my car same day as accident, helped get me a rental through Enterprise who delivered the car to my address a few days later, gave a estimate in a couple days, started job right away to order parts, working withy insurance company. Upon completion of repairs, Amber was maticulus on buffing off marks on rental that showed up after car wash, she also went over my fixed SUV making sure it was ready to go and even covered a few chip marks. Amber was great!
Pleasant staff, got work done quickly. Although it’s a very short distance, I really appreciated the shuttle ride from the mall. Would recommend Mkto Nissan to others.
Real quick oil change! Super convenient, no need for an appointment. I think I waited a total of 6 minutes to get in. Another 20 for the oil change. Polite, friendly and very thorough
Got my tires replaced and they broke a tire pressure sensor which they did tell me about, but they also scratched all four rims which two of them have huge gouges taken out of them
Excellent service and sales staff. Would highly recommend to anyone that has auto needs or concerns
Very friendly and helpful. Nice clean building, nice area for snacks and drinks. The staff is very knowledgeable.
