Good dealer and great prices on vechicles and good customer service keep up the good work.
The communication about my service had some opportunities. Went to pick up my car at 1pm only to be informed service shop on Saturdays closes at noon. Car was still on the lift and couldn’t get it off till Monday. Went in for ac problem. Had to Uber there and get a friend to pick me up. Google says open till 5 on Saturdays plus no mention of those hours when I initially wanted to make the appointment at noon but the guy helping me insisted I bring it in earlier. Never said they close at noon.
Timely service and courteous employees. I appreciate the time estimate given shen a repair is being done.
They are very prompt and explain everything and do a wonderful job of correcting the problem.

My check engine light came on while I was traveling back to Florida. With no appointment, I went to Mankato Motors the next morning. They were booked for the morning but set up an appointment for 1 pm. They diagnosed the problem within an hour, explained what was wrong and gave me an estimate. An hour later the job was done, and I was happily on my way.
We had an oil change service on our 2021 Eqinox at Mankato Motors. From the time of our arrival to leaving we were very happy with the service and courtesy given us by their staff.
