On Bank Holiday Monday Driving back to Stoke when my car suddenly started making a strange noise. Turns out the protective panel underneath had come loose and was dragging — I couldn’t move it or drive safely. Tried pulling it off myself but no luck. Visited showroom today ....spent 20 mins wandering aimlessly around viewing cars. Lots of staff, not ONE person asked if I needed any assistance. Very disappointing.
No customer parking, kindly greeted by all staff working there but you're just left to make your mind up without any advise or intervention when looking around.
Excellent professional and friendly staff, a wealth of knowledge and happy to take their time to talk you through options best to suit your needs. The most welcoming dealership I visited. The service team were approachable and happy to answer any questions about the vehicles. John for the sales team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car and made me feel comfortable returning if I ever needed anything further.
