Very professional and helpful service from Adrian in helping me choose the right car for me when changing from petrol to an EV. I received a follow up phone call to make sure everything with the car was ok. An outstanding service overall.
My partner Dawn had been looking for a Fiat 500 in the car supermarkets but with no joy, we found Mangoletsi on line and decided to make the journey in September and soo glad we did. Good customer service from Connor. Minor negative points were the tyre pressure warning light came on shortly after driving the vehicle away (easily resolved by me) and, even though I purchased a used car, it would have been a nice touch if the handover was done indoors rather than in the 'parking lot'! It is also disappointing that, after having bought several brand new Alfa Romeos from Mangoletsi over many years in the past, I understand they are no longer Alfa / Fiat 'main dealers' (a Stellantis decision apparently).
Just picked up my new/second hand fiat Arbarth from Mangoletsi I would like to thank Joe the salesman for his professional and courteous attitude from my initial enquiry to dealing with our trade in.A very enjoyable experience would highly recommend thanks so much.
