Bought an Abarth from Mangoletsi and couldn’t fault the experience. Jake was super helpful and knowledgable, and when I decided against the car I was originally interested in he went above and beyond to find me another one that was more my style, which I am delighted with. Jake even dog sat while I went on the test drive! Will definitely be going back when the time comes to change
Enquired about having my gearbox oil serviced on my Abarth 500 2010, returned my enquiry specifying this is not something they carry out, even though this is a serviceable item...a few emails later they came back and blamed the answer they gave me on a member of staff that had subsequently left. Sounds like a load of tripe to me, i've worked in dealerships and the motor trade all my life and i believed this answer to be a coverup for the staff that seem to be incompetent in answering the most simplest of enquiries.
