Lady who answered the phone when I asked whether I should bring in my car to take a look at the catalytic converter was very argumentative and disrespectful. I asked for the price of a catalytic converter check and she quoted me, but when I asked politely whether she would know the price of fixing the actual problem she began shouting at me over the phone to bring my car in, showing me a poor attitude to customer service by not answering regular questions appropriately.
Cannot recommended highly enough, quality knowledge, superb service, high class help with my issue and was able to sort in a very time efficient manner. Thank you very much, will send everyone your way.
