I went to Mandy for hypnotherapy to try and help with my IBS. I suffered from IBS for years tried every medication possible. Due to severe pain and flare ups 20-25 times a day i had no life and was at the point of quitting my career. After having 6 intense session with Mandy i have none to 1 flare up every few months. Hypnotherapy with Mandy has completely changed my life.

Mandy is amazing she helped me beat my very bad smoking habit 80 rollies a day it took 3 sessions but my god it was worth it every step I cut down between each session. I now have the odd craving but I have the stuff mandy taught me and a personal recording just to re enforce the hypnotherapy. I will be recommending this to my friends who want to quit Cheers Mandy you have changed my life for the better and already improved my bank balance

I have seen Mandy for hypnotherapy for my fear of flying and more recently am having sessions for PTSD. I cannot recommend Mandy enough, she is amazing at what she does. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. The therapy for my fear of flying worked despite my apprehension. I flew to Italy a few days after and found the flight to be a relaxing experience, when in the past I was a nervous wreck.
