Exceptional customer service by Ben Shelock at Mandarin Stone @Primrose Hill. We had to replace some tiles from our order which appeared to be not suitable for the initial purpose. Despite the short notice and quite tight deadline for a replacement delivery, Ben managed to offer us a great alternative to the original tiles satisfying the new requirements, and he has done his best to prioritise re-delivery to meet the project timeline, as well as kept us updated on the progress. AVOID. We bought £2k worth of tiles based on website photos and tile samples from Mandarin Stone. As per other reviews, what we received looks NOTHING like either (see photos from their website vs what we received), and the only options we were given was to send them back at our expense and risk PLUS paying a 20% restocking fee, or work with them for an exchange for the same tile, at our cost and time expense for builders. Wonderful service and great selection of tiles. I must have been in the showroom 7+ tiles trying to make lots of decisions and I really appreciate all the help I received, the team couldn’t be more helpful or lovely.
Had a great experience - lovely showroom, attentive and knowledgeable staff who helped us find just the right products. The tiles are superb quality and just what we were looking for. Delivery was on time with no damage, and when I re-ordered and then not need additional tiles, they took them back without much ado, as well as the left over box of the floor tiles I had. Great all around!
