They use the "bait and switch" method to screw over customers. Don't buy here.
I went in for just an oil change. Waited 45 minutes. I didn't mind the wait. When the service manager came in to discuss what they had serviced on my Jeep, I asked "you said you were almost finished?" he snaps "yes" and slams the door. I look out the window and he cuts his eyes at me and shakes his head as if he was mad for me asking the question.
