After calling a week in advance to schedule a recall repair on my only day off, I waited for an hour after my appointment time for them to come and tell me that the only technician that could work on the issue had taken the day off! Since I needed an oil change as well, I told them to go ahead and do that since I had already waited. But then the oil change took another hour!!!!! I haven't bought a car from here yet but I've had 2 experiences with the staff and will say both were good with the exception of the first lady checking my credit putting a hard inquiry on me after I specifically told her I knew my credit was poor. I was there to see if I'd won anything in a contest by the way. Then I got another contest recently. While the service was once again great they really should look into what they are giving away.
