Bayside Dodge treats their employees like complete shit. Discrimination is very real here. Stay FAR away from Bayside Dodge !!!!
Ryan in the service center is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. I have had my one yr old dodge ram in there three times already and he has been a dick every time. I still have not gotten the original problem resolved. Then my key just stopped working. I was stranded at 8 1/2 months pregnant. Took two days and attitude from Ryan to get a replacement key. Perry is the only saving grace for that place. If he ever leaves they will shut down.
Perry was the best salesman ever.
We went in last week to look around, and we went home with a 2015 Dodge Journey. Perry was our sales person, and he went above and beyond to help us. He also had a lady helping with him and she was just as sweet as can be. The customer service we received from them both was excellent!! The finance department also worked really hard to get us an interest rate lower than we have ever gotten before. And made sure our notes were lower than what we were comfortable with!!!
It's really funny I bought my 15year old daughter an 2014 Jeep on May 28th and haven had any follow up or haven't even see her photo posted here.. Great service!
Came in after being denied at anotner dealer and perry got me all set..walked out with a brand new car!! Thanks for everything Perry! !!
