Only giving this dealership 1 star because I had to in order to write the review, otherwise they would receive zero stars from me. Brought my truck there for 2 years to get fixed under warranty. Still didnt get it fixed. Ended up bringing it to Crown in Pascagoula, there after 3 months, its fixed. But only 1 day after the 3 year 36k bumper to bumper ran up. I'll be writing a review on Crown next.
A family member recently found his dream car there, made arrangements with his bank, was told to have them fax the work order and they'll take care of the rest. Made appointment to test drive and finish paperwork only to be told his bank rejected the application. Went down the street to Direct Auto, found exact same car...called his bank too find out Bayside never sent over the paper work. Why lie? Thanks to Direct Auto for putting my best friend in his new ride.
Service dept. took great care of me when I was visiting Biloxi and the fuel pump when out on my 2016 jeep Cherokee. Mike and the staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as they found the part.
The only reason I'm writing this review is because I just ran into a former salesman of yours, Perry. He sold me my 2007 Ford Ranger XLT, back in 2013. That's right, almost 4 years later and I still hate y'all. I still have the truck. It runs well. Only because I had to fix everything that was wrong with it when I first got it. Long story short, I won't recommend anyone to Bayside. I'll say I got mine at Bayside, don't get yours there. An Perry must not work with your dealership anymore. What's the point of making an appointment only to be told buh, buh Uh we can't get to it right now and being made to feel like a fool. Won't be returning.
