Communication between the service department and customer could show improvement. I've had to pay a deductible twice within this year a few months apart. The second time I had to pay, I was completely unaware of until after the warranty work had been done and I was there to pick my vehicle up.
Took my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change and tire rotation recently and to my surprise because it was my first oil change at Bayside so I only had to pay for the tire rotation. The service department said it would take only 45 minutes and that's all it took. Great experience.
