Had the best experience at Baysides service center. Our rear air in Dodge van quit blowing, the guys quickly found the problem and got everything handled. We had a hiccup with my warranty company( not baysides issues) and they went to bat for us to help try to resolve it, which they didn’t have to do at all. GREAT customer service from Frederick through it all. Thanks again!!
NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They screwed me over on a brand new Jeep like you wouldn’t even believe.. I guess it’s true that women are preyed upon at dealerships, this one in particular for sure!! Even traded in a car (which they ended up taking for free basically) and still ended up $16,000 upside down! I will never deal with these crooks again!

The Mechanic that worked on your vehicle talks to you personally & let's you know all about your vehicles condition. There's no Chrysler Dealership in South Mississippi like Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep !!!
