Perfect service. Fitted a new boiler within days of my enquiry, and also looked (and fixed) my radiators while here. Friendly and informative, couldn't recommended Peter and David more.
Just spoke to Peter re Compliance details of having a boiler cupboard fitted around my IDEAL boiler in bathroom. Very helpful and kind considering there was no work to be had today and he gave the time to explain when we are all so busy living in 'busy worlds' . He went through the dimensions and allowances needed for the cupboard and answered any concerns I had. Just brilliant! Really quick to respond to 2 seperate issues - one boiler and one leak. The guys recognised the urgency of the situation and sorted it no problem. Thank you!
Pater and David came and serviced the boiler this morning. Service took about an hour in which they replaced some old worn out parts and advised me on an issue I explained I was having and some things to look at for come winter that could be a sign the boiler needs replacing as it’s 15 years old. Would recommend, great helpful advice. Thanks
