I bought a Renault kangoo thinking I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. The bad reviews are true, they don’t respond once you’ve bought the car. I paid £400 for the warranty (warrantywise sliver cover) but this is a scam - they take your details to sign you up for the warranty but really they just take your money. The MOT was also dodgy and most likely fake- done one month before purchase but my brakes stopped working completely (whilst driving) and the mechanic said the brake pads were completely worn. Another one of the people who have issues after 5 months of purchase. Car started experiencing wobble when on the motorway. The next day the handbrake has completely failed. Just been quoted 2 grand to repair corroded brake cable, fix callipers and more issues besides. Upon asking the mechanic he said none of this would have been visible without having a ramp to check underneath. But there's no way this level of corrosion happened within the time since the January MOT. Definitely dodgy. Avoid at all costs.
I bought my car from them a month ago, they said that they will do logbook application but they did not. They don't answer my messages. I still couldn't receive my logbook. Really poor customer service.
Great customer service, was a massive help throughout the whole process, definitely recommend.
