RecommendedExtremely pleased! Front desk staff is amazing...super helpful and so friendly! Pool is awesome with a nice pool bar. They are following guidelines and have pool chairs distanced. I had every one of my questions answered on how they are booking and cleaning with covid. Highly impressed and would stay here again! Views of the bay are so pretty from the room!

Poor management! We had an obnoxious guest stay on our floor. Could not sleep because they were up til 2:45am screaming from their balcony wake the F up! The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and our lovely guest was smoking marijuana. Front desk said they didn't have security on staff. that night. General Manager did nothing. We are very disappointed with our recent stay.
Recommendedwonderful concierge service made our stay with our mother to whom is disabled very comfortable to all of our needs
National emergency, all ski resorts shut down, worldwide pandemic and Hyatt decides to not refund. That’s pretty unprofessional in a time like this.
