RecommendedThe presidential suite was is the hook. The staff is wonderful. They gave us the best weekend we had have in years.
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location! It's my second time here and I love the property. I do find it frustrating though when, as a guest of Hyatt who has accumulated enough points to stay for the evening, when I asked for an upgraded view, I was told it would cost $10. Really? Nickel and diming like that does nothing but make a guess feel unappreciated.
Love this hotel! Peaceful, great staff, extremely responsive and beautiful location! Thank you for the gracious service and so seamlessly accomodating an extra night when airline delayed my departure.
