very poor and unprofessional handling by the hotel crew and management after my friend Greg Cesar got robbed in his hotel room while sleeping. Even a one star family owned bed and breakfast would react and help more friendly than this corporate robots there. BAH!
RecommendedI stayed at the MG Hyatt in San Diego for a conference I was apart of managing. In fact, I managed the housing for this particular event. My experience working with the management of this hotel for months before the Conference, as well as my experience as a guest, have been nothing short of phenomenal!
