The room was lack luster. Not enough outlets near mirrors, no ventilation, everything was overpriced for the quality. Waited over an hour for them to bring us our car that we left with their valet service. I will never take my chances at a Hyatt again.
great for the convention centre. Despite filling loads of rooms for them they couldn't even give me a comp 1.5 hour late check out. there are loads of more great hotels in Denver. One employee soured my trip.
If you stay here the regency club is a must. Worth every penny. Adrian is extremely helpful and makes you feel right at home. My kids really enjoyed going to the Regency Club. Only reason I didn't give them 5 was there parking fee is overpriced.
Long overdue review. Stayed July 2015 and absolutely loved it. Adrian in the Regency Room is the most amazing host ever. Thank you Adrian for making our stay so memorable. You are the best
Awesome stay. Had free parking my entire time at a garage a block away. Adrian at the regency club made the whole stay amazing. 5 star service and food. Can't wait to return.

I give 5 stars because I am sitting in the Regency Club right now with probably one of the most professional hospitality person I have ever met. Adrian is nothing short of amazing!!
Don't stay there if you have pets. They advertise that they are pet friendly, well bull shit. They just lost 600 dollars. My daughter who just drove there from Texas had to go find another hotel to stay at because they were rude because Trixie was barking while my daughter was dining at the restaurant in your hotel. She's a freaking dog that was in an unfamiliar environment while in her kennel. Luckily they found a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL DOWN THE ROAD. Texas will here about you.
Well appointed, modern, fresh with super comfortable bed, a friendly helpful staff and a 24 hour cafe and store. The coffee was especially appreciated for this jet lagged traveler at 4am. I found the coffee maker, water and glassware in the credenza. You may want to have a little folded sign to inform guests as it would seem some didn't know it was there from reading reviews. Also I love the mini movies in the elevators.
