I thought the staff was accommodating. Literally I asked for a pony in my room and got it, lol. No but, they had outside tech service that was less then helpful. However they made up for it. My kids loved it.
A great place to hold a conference! Even when stuck in a wheelchair, I was taken care of wherever I went.
My 5 day stay was Wonderful....clean rooms excellent service and food. It's half a block from free transportation easy to get around downtown..... minutes from coors stadium...my favorite!!
Great location great service never bothered us!! If you know what I mean on property. 24-hour indoor store Bubba Gump across the street VIP Club floor of the 35th floor gotta love it. Needs a little work food with kind of too many greens carrots like a vegan situation where's the real meat. Lol
Great property in a great location. No issues - this is what you want when you're in a new place, away from home and in need of help during your stay. Staff was very pleasant, the entire facility was nice and clean, and we wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again in the future!
Wonderful. They gave me an upgrade without asking. Staff is always nice and meet all of my needs.
