Right I n the center of it all. Terrific restaurants and bar walking distance.
My Boyfriend and I stayed the weekend recently, thought it was a great location booked it because I love Bubba Gump which is directly across the street. Only issue I had was a worker knocking on my door several times and when we didn't answer in enough time to her she busted in our room. Mind you the private sign was on the door and we were half sleep. Besides that it was a great stay just let the staff know if there is a PRIVATE sign on the door please respect that!
Everything was fine; only experienced the room and the deli area
This place has just about everything you want. Stayed here 2 nights on vacation. On a late night of driving, the Hyatt check in clerk upgraded us from standard room to a suite with Regency club concierge service and free parking for only 50 dollars more per night. The Hyatt will break there backs for you of having a nice enjoyable stay.
Great stay! I was there for 2 nights for the Elements National Conference. The staff really did an amazing job for over 400 guests..... plus all the other guests staying in the hotel. Perfect location near the 16th Street Mall; I really had a blast.
Very courteous staff. Amazing Valet parking staff. I was there for a conference and we could have done with tables also instead of just chairs. Kinda hard to take notes and put your stuff down for an hour and a half

This is a very nice hotel! Super easy check in and check out, very clean, comfortable beds, and courteous staff! The Peaks Lounge was amazing, but service was a bit lacking. The view was worth it though! Thanks for a great stay!
Spent between $5-6k on rooms and drinks only to receive poor service and rude staff. Only thing good was the view. Appetizers were the equivalent of totinos pizza rolls. Event coordinator was mediocre at best. Problems with link to book nearly 20 rooms. Management should re-evaluate staff immediately in my opinion.
