I was in Colorado for work this week. I was staying at another hotel two blocks away. The other hotel was horrific, very dirty and not responsive. Management was non existent. I was able to switch to the Hyatt Regency. They had my room ready very early in the morning and upon arrival I explained what I went through at the other hotel. Room was nice and hotel was awesome but staff was rude and took over a hour and 3 phones calls to get a fan up to the room because the AC in the room did not operate like it should. Talked to manager while checking out and she could care less.
After an incredibly thanksgiving meal 2016; we did it again this year...a very expensive brunch, we were excited to have invited guests, so many things just weren’t as good as the previous year...we spent close to $500.00 and it just didn’t feel special....however, we had lovely people waiting on us....the rest was just ok!!!

Excellent location, lovely staff, restaurant great and 24-hour snack bar a godsend! Had five comfortable nights there.
Awesome service and probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The pool was great and including the hot tub. Room service was great too.
Attend Gala here for 2nd time. Beautiful place with an amazing staff.
