Went to an event last night. A member of our table has food allergies. The staff could not have been more caring, concerned and accommodating. Diana our server and her supervisor were wonderful. Thank you Hyatt for an enjoyable stress free evening and event.
Impeccable service, everything was spot on from beginning to end.
Don't stay there if you have pets. They advertise that they are pet friendly, well bull shit. They just lost 600 dollars. My daughter who just drove there from Texas had to go find another hotel to stay at because they were rude because Trixie was barking while my daughter was dining at the restaurant in your hotel. She's a freaking dog that was in an unfamiliar environment while in her kennel. Luckily they found a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL DOWN THE ROAD. Texas will here about you.
Adrian in the Regency Lounge is AMAZING. I would recommend paying for the club access...totally worth it! I had one of the best massages from Kimberly in the spa! The gym is fully equipped and awesome. I had one of my best hotel experiences EVER and I travel for work, so this means a lot! Thank you!
It was amazing. Its very beautiful and clean. They also have Starbucks!
Nicole at front desk was awesome. Adrienne and Kristen in Grand Club are phenomenal. They are the right people to be taking care of VIP guests.
Ok hotel. Indoor pool not heated disappointing. Service charges for larger groups ridiculous and when disputed dropped. Policies policies, service fee 19% for a buffet breakfast with slack service for coffee and plate clearing no wonder manager dropped policy charge. Tips should be for exceptional service not policy!
