For a one night stay was good and if staying longer would be great. Excellent location and staff all very helpful and friendly, the staff in Regency club excellent, Nick and am sorry can't remember the ladies name.

Stayed there 4 days for a convention. Very convenient to convention center (across the street). I was very surprised there was no cross bridge to the convention center. The weather was nice except 1st day. I had upgraded room on 36th floor and it was spacious, the bed comfortable. Amenities, I expected to be better for a $300 a night room. Staff was friendly and our waitress Kristina, was great at the bar. Got a good tip.
An excellent property brilliantly located. We loved the rock climbers wall art, the Strata Bar and the handy cafe in the ground floor area. The Peak Lounge on the 27th floor was a favourite place for a quiet drink at the end of a busy night and the overall highlight was the friendliness of the staff. Every single one of them went out of their way to help. Bravo!!!
Great food, great workers, good place for a conference, except when they book another one, same timeframe, and squeeze you both (or all three) in! Not fun in that regard. Went there for business so didn't use pool/hot tub/exercise suite though i wanted to! I did not get the pre-requested high floor, and my assigned room was the bedroom part of a connecting suite, with people from the other event holding meetings on the other side of the door (locked). I hated that. Otherwise lovely room.
They changed $500 in “damages” for vacuuming up confetti after our bachelorette party. They were going to vacuum anyways and took the over $20 tip we left, and then charged me $500 in “damages” for excessive confetti. And they would have to vacuum anyways. Disgusting.
great views reasonable cost, excellent breakfast it's a great value for what it costs!
