We are frequent visitors to the Hyatt. On June 18th I held a party for my son's 11th & my own 50th birthdays. I always got a regular room but luckily, on my birthday they upgraded my reservation to a two-room Presidential Suite. Basel Ghannam was responsible for this amazing deal so that I could entertain my guests very well. When I entered the room, the most striking sight was the breathtaking city skyline and ocean view. Was really Hot in my hotel room. They had to come inside the room and fix it. Ordered a bottle of champagne for my birthday, they took an hour and still gave it to the wrong room. Never got my bottle.
