My fiancé and I are locals and were interested in a festival at waterfront park nearby. We decided to book a reservation here to enjoy after the festival. We checked in at the hotel before the festival began at 1pm. The receptionist Marnie was very uninviting and rude from the start. We informed her that we wouldn't be back until after the festival, which ends at 10pm.
