I am a landlord and as a returning customer, I am happy about their service, they are honest, reliable and charge a fair price. Their quote always has pictures attached which means they have physically gone up to the roof and show you the problems, they always turn up once appointment is booked. The only bit point is sometimes you need to wait for a bit as they are very busy.

Had my flat roof replaced by this company. It’s now been 7 years and my roof is under 10 year warranty. I’ve called them out twice now as the roof is leaking but they are refusing to repair blaming it on a gutter. One of the guys who came out asked ‘what do you want us to do about it’. The other guys said ‘it’s been 7 years’. I found them rude and have been told my three other roof company’s that the roof hasn’t been properly laid to begin with hence the several leaks I’ve had over the years.
