I am the father of an almost 2 month premature baby boy that was born at Manatee Memorial Hospital on 1/16/16. I am writing on behalf of the mother of that boy and myself. I recently had an emergency situation develop and asked the EMTs to transport me to MMH because my primary doesn't go to Lakewood Ranch. Wow am I glad that I did! The entire staff from admission to surgery to discharge was absolutely professional, pleasant and accommodating. I cannot recall one single negative incident with my experience at MMH and I always felt that I was in good hands. I am grateful for their service.
Since when is it ok for an electrophysiologist to be performing anything on patients with expired certifications. paperwork forged for five years now. if anyone has been in the cardiac cath lab within the last five yrs i would be calling MMH and demanding answers, maybe even lawyer up! You were taken care of by a man who WAS NOT LEGALLY CERTIFIED to be doing what he was! great job MMH.

The nurses took amazing care of me. The doctors visited me often and kept me in good spirits.
Husband currently in the direct access unit since yesterday. In a room with a broken sink. How are we supposed to wash our hands??? Really substandard. This is not our first time but so far this is the worst!
I had a cardiac ablation procedure at Manatee, and am very pleased with the service and treatment I received while in your care. Dr Fineman (sp), and the entire crew were tops. The anesthetist spent time making me comfortable with the procedure, as well as his associate M.D.
Horrible experience! The Total disrespectful and unprofessional treatment of myself and my 81 year old Mother received on level 2 by her assigned Nurse Melody made an already distressing situation a Nightmare! She let my Mother suffer horrible pain for almost 24 hrs telling her she has had children and should know what pain is.When i expressed my concern was told Dr may or may not be in today nothing she could do.I actually had to shout to get some attention, as my Mother is ripping off her monitor to leave!
