I would like to thank the Cardiac Cath Lab, nurses on the 2nd floor, and the Transportation Dept., and Dietary for the wonderful care my mom received during her stay. Cannot say enough. Everyone was great and very professional. Food was wonderful, yes, the food was wonderful. Over the last year she has been in Blake several times and after our trip to Manatee I hope we will NEVER have to go back to Blake. There is no comparison between the two hospitals. I had my daughter in march of 2013 and i must say it was amazing. My nurse Bianca whidden was amazing. I never got to thank her for an amazing job she did. Ive always wanted to tell her how much it ment to have her as my nurse and how she handled my crazyness! She was calming and new everything to say. By far the best rn ever!! *Hugs* to you Bianca thanka for everything you did and still do.
They have always taken good care of me and always have gave me all my options
The most pathetic staff a hospital could possibly have. Doctors so ignorant can't even diagnose the common cold. Nurses are rude and uneducated . I feel sorry for anyone who has tried to have a loved one treated at this hole in the wall Podunk hospital. Anyone who wants to feel safe , taken care of properly and treated like a person. GO TO BLAKE!!!!! At least they have a great staff.
The ER at Manatee can't be beat. The staff is outstanding , kind courteous & professional 100%. Recommend to anyone especially if you have heart problems.

Very Very Impressed with the new Emergency Room Service
When visiting someone today I was incredibly disappointed on how unfriendly and unwilling the staff was to help. Nurses and other staff members avoided making eye contact and even tried to walk away in attempts to avoid questions. I truly hope their patient care is better then the way they treat their visitors!
