Today we returned home from delivering our baby girl at Manatee Memorial. From the time we came in and throughout our stay we received excellent care. The labor and delivery nurses and staff were attentive and did everything they could do keep us comfortable. The mother baby unit staff were excellent while I recovered for two days from my c-section. Everyone from the dietary staff , nurses, hospitalist peds doc and lactation consultant they were all so sweet, helpful and knowledgable. I couldn't of asked for a better experie... read more

We had to use the emergency room today my husband collapsed at a little league game the Manatee ambulance brought him in. Thank you all for the best care we ever had you were all truly professional and kept us posted on his progress.
Was there three days for a procedure and the staff and everyone involved were excellent.
My mom had open heart surgery. at Manatee. While in CVICU. she received excellent care. However while there she contracted pneumonia and Humana wanted her out. She was sent to Greenbriar rehab center where she still had pneumonia and Humana kept pushing to get her out since she wasn't making progress. How can you make progress when your sick? They didn't want to help up find a Home Healthcare said it wasn't their job. We brought her home and two days later she's back in the hospital with pneumonia. Would not send my dog to M... read more
I came into the e.r. with chest pain and pressure. The staff immediately took me back, began treatment. Everyone I came in to contact with during my stay were friendly, efficient, helpful and calming. Special thanks to nuclear medicine, nurses in cardiac care and transport.
I came in with my 2 year old and everyone was nice until I left. I went to the front desk near the entrance of the emergency room to ask about a taxi service that wouldn't take 45 minutes to get to me. Before I could even ask this man about it he looked at me and my child and said to me "No I don't have any money to you" First off whether you are having a bad day or not you never speak to someone like that.
