Manage My Property managed our tenancy for 4 years. We were impressed with their excellent communication and they were always very responsive to fixing anything in the flat. We moved out of London, otherwise would have stayed using their services. A friendly and helpful team!
I worked with Andrew and Lerri at Manage My Property to manage the rental of my flat in Putney. They were my management agents for 15 years and I was pleased with their service. They took care to reduce any voidage in the property and worked to keep the tenants happy to ensure the flat was continuously occupied. I was always able to reach the team and I felt they would always find a fair compromise between landlord and tenant whenever required.

Manage My Property have looked after my flat in Putney for many years and have done an excellent job. They have found brilliant tenants and have taken very good care of any issue that have arisen, plumbers etc.
Andrew and his team took over our tenancy halfway through our stay in London. As soon as the change occured, responsiveness went from disappointing to above expectations. They helped us deal with a heating issue, and operated exceptionally in insulating the discussion between us the tenants and the landlord. We only left the property because we moved abroad. If we ever return to London, we will without doubt seek Manage My Property for what properties they have available before we go anywhere else. Would recommend.
