They don't even deserve a star because of such appalling service. They think it's okay to dump an armchair on the doorstep for an elderly person with mobility issues. When one calls to complain they hang up because they don't like being told that it is unacceptable. Instead of putting a tick box option ( with an additional cost ) when placing the order to get the item delivered to the room they have it listed in 'delivery & returns'. I ordered a Rollator from Manage at Home on Monday June 24th. My phone call was answered promptly. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and was able to give me all the information I required before buying the product.The delivery was within the scheduled time. It was easy to unpack and easily set up. I took it out on its maiden voyage on Saturday 29th just an hour after delivery. Avoid. A strut failed within 6 months of purchase and has rendered the product useless as parts are not available and the warranty period is only 14 days. I will be taking this further with my credit card company and Trading Standards.

I purchased a perching stool, very competitive prices easy website to navigate.Delivery was excellent arrived much faster than expected, packaging was very good. Highly recommend
