Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. Booked them last minute and they sent the confirmation email to the wrong email address meaning I didn't see the crucial terms and conditions, which state a £60 cancellation charge. I also explained this isn't anywhere on their website and the manager who I spoke to was incredible condescending, rude and sarcastic.
