The professionalism of the massage was both soothing and invigorating. Jay expertly guessed and focused on the tight knots in my back and shoulders without me even informing him, which really relieved a lot of the soreness. Definitely will be coming back!
Tried massages before, always felt a little uncomfortable, awkward and honestly boring. They never really got to the root of the problem. I've had three sessions with James now. He's explained the process to me and has been working on my back. I've always had issues with knots and back pain that's getting better every week. If you want a massage with someone with a little personality and is friendly then I'd definitely recommend James.

I’ve had terrible lower back pain for ages. I was recommended to try man handled by a friend for my massage and I don’t regret it! I felt so comfortable on arrival and was made to feel safe and secure. The massage took an hour and I was so relaxed. The hour flew by!
