We have bought many fantastic items from Colin over the years. It is always such a pleasure to enter the shop for a browse. Colin is so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Polite, helpful, quick to respond to my enquiry, would highly recommend.
Appalling service, extremely rude and in my case threatening. Does not understand his legal obligations so I had to take him to court to get a refund when he broke the law telling me "you have no consumer rights" with a purchase I made from him. The judge disagreed and the judgement was made against him in less than 60 seconds. I would recommend you avoid him as his only concern is profit and if something goes wrong he will leave you high and dry.
