I would highly recommend Mallinson & Co and always do recommend him to anyone I know that’s looking to sell their house. I’ve bought and sold from Ben Mallinson a few times over the years, he is such a lovely kind person I wouldn’t look to sell my house with anyone else. They are the only agents I know that don’t seem to have set office hours or frustrating response times.
We purchased a property from mallinsons of penistone and couldn't fault them at all . Nothing was too much trouble.All the team were always friendly and emails were always replied with a quick response. Unfortunately wasted our time with these people. Enquired about selling our 6 bed detached in Upper Cumberworth, and viewing some smaller properties in the Penistone area. We scheduled a valuation appointment, but no one showed up after waiting in for 2 hours. When we called the office we were told they had 'forgotten' to book it in, without apology.
