Brilliant agents to have as tenants! Stayed in my last flat for 3 years, they were helpful, friendly and always quick to respond to any concerns we had. Can’t recommend enough!
If you are a landlord please avoid these people like the plague. I implore you. Their greed and dishonesty are inestimable. My mistake was to take the advice of a relative of theirs. That's how I got involved. The owner of the Business requested "Hush-hush" cash payments from me (in envelopes) to the tune of £5000 for what he called "Finders Fees". By far the best letting agents I've encountered - lovely people, very responsive and approachable any time I needed anything. Would recommend to anyone.
I rented a property from Malhotra &Partners and can honestly say they are the best letting agents I have ever come across. Everything was so professional and friendly from start to finish. Day one they presented me with a welcome gift. They kept me informed of gas safety checks etc. They always fitted visits in to my schedule. On the lead up to the bad storm they sent me lots of information with phone numbers if I found myself with no water or electricity. Great service by them. I had a smooth move in and move out. Quick and clear communication. Also fast response on any repairs needed(not many thankfully).
